A. Sorry, we do not print a catalog. Styles change continually and a printed catalog would always be out of date. The Website is our catalog.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Our standard method of shipping is by Postal Express Courier. Approx. delivery times are about 6 days from Italy worldwide. Production time varies depending on if the item is in stock and what options you have selected, however it should not take longer than 3 weeks.

A. Yes, orders of less than 5 items are considered samples and sent without shipping charge.

A. Most items do not come from the manufacturer in gift boxes. We do offer a full range of sizes in P.V.C. and white or cream gift boxes with ribbon and seal. Please check under Accessories.

A. Yes, we like to provide a personal service. If it’s possible we will oblige.

Q. Can you personalize the favor.

A. Yes, we can attach a small folded card. For Example: with names of bride and groom and date of wedding. Please check under Accessories.

Q. How are bomboniere given to the guests.

A. Fluffed tulles and pochettes can be used as place setting at the reception or can be placed in a basket and distributed to the guests by the bride or bridesmaid, after the cutting of the wedding cake. Gift bomboniere are normally given as a thank you for the wedding present. Fluffed tulles can also be used for the same purpose.

Q. Are bomboniere only used for weddings.

A. No, bomboniere are also used for christenings, first communions, golden & silver anniversaries and for party occasions.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. No, we are a retail website, our customers are the many people looking for unique and fashionable Italian favors for their special events.

Q. What forms of payment are available?

A. We gladly accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, bank to bank transfers and personal checks. Please allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear when placing your order if paying with a check.

Q. What if my order is damaged in shipment?

A. Damaged shipments will be replaced or refunded if reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Do not discard damaged items, the Postal express Courier may request them for verification of damage.
